  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • War, nuclear risks, and government confiscation

Filing a Claim

Simple, Transparent Claims Process

In the unfortunate event of a claim, here's how our process works — designed to be fast, fair, and stress-free.

Report Immediately

Report any damage or loss to our claims team within 24 hours of delivery. Photograph all damage before touching or moving affected items.

Complete Claim Form

Our claims team sends you a simple claim form with a list of required documents — typically the inventory list, delivery receipt, and damage photographs.

Assessment & Surveyor

For claims above a set threshold, a licensed insurance surveyor is assigned within 48 hours to assess the damage and verify the claim.

Settlement & Payment

Once approved, settlement is processed within 48–72 hours for Standard plans and 24–48 hours for All-Risk plans. Payment made directly to your account.
